Funaguchi is an un-pasteurized and un-diluted type of sake, hence it is very delicate. The sake is packaged in a can to protect it from light damage and filled to the brim to reduce the amount of contact with air. The reason behind this process is to preserve the flavour of pure sake previously available only to those lucky enough to visit the brewery. It has a rich, full-bodied flavour with a refreshing clean finish. Alcohol content, ABV (19%).
